Refund Policy
At JVR Rentals and Services, we understand that plans can change. While we carefully prepare each order, we also want to be fair and supportive of our customers. This policy explains when refunds or credits may be issued.
1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

However, deposits may be applied as a credit toward a future event if the customer reschedules within 12 months, subject to availability.
2. Standard Cancellations

Orders canceled 14 or more days before the event may receive a refund of any payments made (excluding deposit).

Orders canceled within 7–13 days of the event may receive a 50% refund (excluding deposit).

Orders canceled within 6 days or less of the event are non-refundable, as items are reserved and prepared.
3. Major Life Events & Unforeseen Circumstances
We recognize that some situations are beyond your control. In cases of:

Severe illness or hospitalization

Death in the immediate family
-
Natural disasters or extreme weather making the event impossible

Other major emergencies (at management’s discretion)
JVR Rentals will offer a full credit of all payments made (including deposit) toward a rescheduled event within 12 months.
4. Weather Policy for Outdoor Events

Rental fees are non-refundable due to weather once items are delivered.

Customers are encouraged to have a backup plan (indoor location, tent, or rescheduling).

In cases of severe weather warnings (e.g., flooding, high winds), we may allow rescheduling with full credit toward a future date.
5. No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to notify us and the event does not take place, no refund or credit will be issued.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
